What is Permanent Makeup?

Permanent Cosmetics is a  vegan pigment or a natural iron oxide pigment that is specifically designed for facial applications. There are no added ingredients. Micro pigment implantation is a safe and completely controlled method of applying micro insertions that form a natural shadow of color on the skin. Carefully applied, the pigment is placed into the epidermis layer of the skin.
