Often times we are asked, “Does my Technician make commission for this?” Our response is no. Absolutely not. We are sure this makes you think “How can that be possible? How do they make any money”? If you’ve ever been a guest at Spa Virtue You’ve noticed we are unlike anywhere else. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by smiling faces, who are eager to make sure you have the best experience possible. You’ll notice our team members working in unity, in order to stay on schedule and make sure your day here is more than enjoyable. The secret of our success?
Ready for this? We don’t pay commission. Not on treatments and not on retail recommendations. So many times, you’ll walk into a spa and immediately get bombarded with someone trying to “sell” you something. We don’t like that feeling either!
Our system is different. Our vision and our mission allows you to feel welcomed, encourages you to enjoy yourself and promotes relaxation. We recommend only the best products which are customized to fit your specific needs. All of our team members also use the products, as to better inform and educate you on the best care possible.
By compensating our team members on what’s known as “Team Based Pay”, it allows us to function efficiently and be more flexible for our guests. Can’t get in with your “regular tech”? Or maybe you’d just like to try someone different? Go for it! We don’t mind at all. We actually encourage our guests to experience time with all of our technicians. This makes it possible for you to find what works for you, so we can do our very best to make you happy!
